1. Details of the car for liquidation sale:

The liquidation price includes 10% VAT. Costs related to asset delivery and receipt, such as road use fees, dismantling fees, transportation fees, and all costs related to property ownership transfer procedures, registration fees, and asset receipt fees shall be paid by the winning bidder.
2. Registration Form:
· Eligible registrants: Organizations/individuals who wish to purchase the above-mentioned used car.
· Bidding method: Competitive bidding for the car (the purchase registration form must be sealed in an envelope, and the organization/individual seals it before submitting it to the Liquidation Council for a confirmation record).
· Submission location: Hapro Eco-Friendly Furniture JSC, Hapro Industrial Zone Management Board, Le Chi Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi.
3. Time and location for viewing the asset:
· Registration for viewing and submitting purchase registration forms: From November 6th to November 10th, 2023 (during office hours).
· Vehicle viewing location: Hapro Industrial Zone Management Board, Le Chi Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi.
4. Auction organization time:
· Opening of purchase registration forms: 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 11th, 2023 at the Hapro Industrial Zone Management Board, Le Chi Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi, and invites organizations/individuals submitting purchase registration forms to attend.
· After opening the registration forms, the Company will announce the liquidation results.
5. Deposit for purchasing the liquidated car:
· Before submitting the purchase registration form, the organization/individual must pay a deposit of 10,000,000 VND (ten million VND).
· Cash payment location: Accounting Department of the Company.
